How we check
What a plan card shows before you pay, when a plan is on sale, where country facts come from and when you get a refund.

What a plan card shows
Before you pay, every plan card shows the network the plan runs on (for a plan that covers several countries, its region), the data, the number of days and the price. Prices come from our own checkout, with tax included, and are the same in every language on this site.
When a plan is on sale
A plan can be chosen only while it is in stock and we can deliver it. Any other plan shows "Opening soon" or "Sold out" where the button would be, and cannot be bought.
Networks, places and airports
A country page names the mobile networks of that country. Every note on a network, a place or an airport is a fact from one of the sources listed at the bottom of the page, which include the telecoms regulator and the networks the page names. Pages do not rank networks, and they do not invent coverage figures or reviews. If we have not checked a fact, the page says so instead of filling the gap.
Guides cite their sources at the bottom of the page, with the date they were checked.
Refunds
You get a full refund if the eSIM is not delivered, or if it does not work and we cannot fix it. A working eSIM is not refunded, including one you decide not to use. The details are in the refund policy.
Who writes our pages and how to report a mistake is in our editorial policy.
