How your eSIM works on this trip, and where to find help.
Get online in Mexico with the North America eSIM: one prepaid plan for Mexico, the United States, Canada, Costa Rica and Panama. Buy it on this page, scan the QR code at home and switch it on when you land in Cancún, Mexico City or Guadalajara.
In each country on the list it roams on a partner network, and your phone shows that network's name, so turn on data roaming for the eSIM line when you land. Mexico's own networks are Telcel, AT&T Mexico, Movistar and Bait. A Mexico SIM card from the airport means a queue after landing. You install this eSIM at home, before you fly.
Flying on to the United States or Canada? The same eSIM keeps working there, with no second plan to buy. Full refund if it does not work.
Also travelling to South America? The South America eSIM is one eSIM for Peru, Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Ecuador.
