Refunds and lost QR codes

A full refund if the eSIM is not delivered or cannot be made to work. How to ask, and how to find a lost code.

A traveller with a phone looks out over Chichén Itzá, a colonial town, Machu Picchu, a toucan, a llama and Andean peaks
Short answer
You get a full refund if we do not deliver the eSIM, or if it cannot be made to work and we cannot fix it; a change of plans is not refunded. A lost QR code stays on your order page: open the page you bookmarked, or write from the address you paid with.

You get a full refund if we do not deliver the eSIM, or if it cannot be made to work and we cannot fix it. A working eSIM is not refunded because the trip changed or you no longer want it. Check that the phone supports eSIM before you pay.

The refund goes back to the same card. Your bank decides when it shows on the statement.

The QR code stays on the order page. Open it from your bookmark or your browser history. We do not put a real QR code into a chat or a cloud service. If you lost the link, write from the address you paid with.

Lost your order link?

Enter the email you paid with, or your order number. If you need your QR code now, write to us from the address you paid with.
